Do I need any equipment?

No fancy gym equipment needed!

You just need a yoga mat and an optional mini resistance band (which I highly recommend for added turnout and core work). That’s it.
Everything else is bodyweight and dancer-focused.

But you can add weights to any of the workouts if you have them, but they're not required!

Can I use this alongside my dance training?

Absolutely! It’s designed to complement your dance schedule, not compete with it.

These workouts are short, focused, and gentle enough to use before class, after rehearsal, or on rest days.

It’s cross-training that actually supports your dancing, not drains it.

Can I follow this if I’m recovering from an injury?
